This is an exciting opportunity for someone with interest and experience in community organising, climate justice, and tackling fuel poverty. You will be coordinating and delivering community energy engagement initiatives in London, and supporting Londoners from disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in and benefit from the energy transition. This role involves a mixture of project management and delivery on the ground, so there will be a lot of variety for the right person.
Role outline: Supporting the development of local community energy cooperatives, and managing and delivering community engagement.
Contract: Full-time role, with probation period of 3 months.
Salary: £33,300 – £36,300
Location: Primarily Repowering London’s office in Brixton, with some events at community venues and the option of partial working from home. Support will be provided for remote/home working if you need it.
